We have an opening for an experienced retention and customer experience campaign professional to join our team.

About the role
The Customer Engagement Team has responsibility for implementing data-led strategies and campaigns to improving member satisfaction and loyalty across various touchpoints within the customer journey.
Within this role, you’ll be required to plan, execute and optimise retention and customer experience activity across multiple work streams. This role will involve taking proactive ownership in building campaigns from planning through to implementation.
This position would suit somebody who is wanting to gain exposure to a range of disciplines while working in an agile way to make a positive impact with our members.
About you
As the successful candidate you’ll be able to demonstrate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree such as marketing, management, business, commerce.
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing or a related discipline
  • End-to-end project management experience, including planning, execution and reporting
  • Strong writing capabilities and ability to transfer complex information into simple messages
  • A good understanding of automation and triggered communications  
  • The ability to learn quickly and communicate well will be crucial to the role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a strong focus on quality assurance
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
