Our Lara Medical Centre is located in the relaxed township of Lara, just a one-hour commute from Melbourne by road or train, or half an hour by road from Werribee.  Lara is close to a number of natural attractions including the beautiful You Yangs and Brisbane Ranges, with the Geelong CBD is only a short 20-minute drive away, and the gorgeous beaches and wineries of the Bellerine Peninsula within easy reach.

Our general hours of operation are open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:30pm, and Saturday 9:30am – 12:30pm.  We offer competitive remuneration, with 65% of billings plus eligible incentives, 3 months guarantee, private billing.  Relocation support is negotiable for the right candidate.

Our team of General Practitioners, nurses and reception staff are committed to personal, holistic healthcare, and placing importance on preventative medicine.  GMHBA and our General Practitioners are strong advocates of evidence-based, patient-centered integrated care and are strongly committed to continuing medical education. You’ll share in our philosophy and work alongside health experts who are genuinely passionate about putting our members and patients first.
