About our practices

• Belmont Hub: is co-located with Belmont community Care Chemist and provides greater access to dental care and medical and physiotherapy services. 
• Eye Care: GMHBA Eye Care provides full range quality optometry services and places great value on creating a memorable patient experience. It is part of our commitment in looking after the health and wellbeing of our patients and the wider community every day.
• Dental Care: Our Dental Care team are committed to delivering high-quality dental services with a focus on prevention. Our primary objective is to improve the oral and general health of the local community as a trusted partner.
• Physiotherapy: Geelong Physiotherapy is located in the thriving Geelong CBD and has provided high quality, effective care for the Greater Geelong community for over 30 years. Our team provide in-room physiotherapy services, and home visits, the practice has a rehabilitation gym and Pilates reformer beds and physio supervised hydrotherapy classes. 
• Lara Medical Centre: is located in the relaxed township of Lara, just a one-hour commute from Melbourne by road or train, or half an hour by road from Werribee.  Lara is close to a number of natural attractions including the beautiful You Yangs and Brisbane Ranges, with the Geelong CBD is only a short 20-minute drive away, and the gorgeous beaches and wineries of the Bellerine Peninsula within easy reach.
• South Barwon Medical Centre: is located in the thriving suburb of Belmont, just 10 minutes’ drive from the Geelong CBD.  With easy access to the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast, the urban heart of Geelong, and a wide range of excellent educational facilities and accommodation options, Belmont is also only a direct 45-minute commute from the Western suburbs of Melbourne.  South Barwon Medical Centre has provided quality medical care to the local community for over forty years and is committed to ensuring patients are treated in a professional and caring manner.
